PLANNING ADVISORY COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION
The Planning Advisory Commission recommends conditional approval based upon the

fact that it is consistent with existing land-uses, it will have no

environmental impacts, and it will not have a negative impact on traffic. The

recommended condition is: if the property ceases to be operated as a women?s

home by Teen Challenge, then the property shall be rezoned back to R-1 by the

Planning Division.
