transportation network. The current traffic count is 12,036 trips per day and

will increase to 12,064 trips per day. The Level Of Service will remain at C

(11,800 trips per day) for Fort Benning Road.

School, which has 574 students (capacity: 675). High school age students would

attend Spencer, which has 1,155 students (capacity: 825 without the 12

portables).
