PLANNING ADVISORY COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION
The Planning Advisory Commission recommends approval based upon the fact that

although it is not consistent with the future land-use map of the 2001 Bibb

City addition to the 1998 Comprehensive Plan, it is consistent with Commercial

Development policy statements #1 and #2, it is compatible with existing

land-uses, and it does not constitute spot zoning.
