transportation network. The current traffic count is 1,380 trips per day.

Under the current zoning, traffic counts would increase to 1,402 (22 tpd) trips

per day. Under the new zoning, traffic counts will increase to 1,409 (29 tpd)

trips per day. The Level Of Service will remain at A (3,900 trips per day) for

Celia Drive.

attend Kendrick, which has 978 students (capacity: 1,375).
