PLANNING ADVISORY COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION
The Planning Advisory Commission recommends conditional approval based upon the

fact that it is consistent with the future land use map of the Comprehensive

Plan and the East Wynnton Redevelopment Plan, it is consistent with policy

statements of the Comprehensive Plan, it is compatible with existing land-uses,

and it does not constitute spot zoning. The recommended condition is:

joint-use driveways shall be required as determined by the City Traffic

Engineer.

will increase to 11,889 trips per day. The Level Of Service will remain at C
