- PLANNING ADVISORY COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION
- The Planning Advisory Commission recommends conditional approval based upon the
fact that it is consistent with a policy statement of the Comprehensive Plan
(Commercial Development policy statement #1), it is compatible with existing
