transportation network. The current traffic count is 8,189 trips per day and

will increase to 8,635 trips per day. The Level Of Service will remain at B

(7,900 trips per day) for Forrest Road.

Middle School, which has 966 students (capacity: 900). High school age

students would attend Kendrick, which has 1,035 students (capacity: 1,400).
