- PLANNING ADVISORY COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION
- The Planning Advisory Commission recommends conditional approval based upon the
fact that it is consistent with the future land-use map of the Comprehensive
Plan, it is compatible with existing land-uses, and it does not constitute spot
zoning. The recommended conditions are: 1) the existing lake and its major
characteristics shall not be reduced to less than 1.5 acres and 2) a minimum of
one acre shall be preserved as green space.
