Subject: Special Exception Use application has been received
On June 19, 2003, Sabrenna Thomas submitted a Special Exception Use application
to operate a day care facility on 0.67 acres. The property is located at 1115
Brown Avenue and is zoned
R-3A (Medium Density Residential). This type of use is allowed only as a
special exception use in an R-3A zone.
Attached is a map showing the general location of the property. Planning
Division staff is currently reviewing the request. We project the request will
be on Council=s August 5 agenda. A staff report will be sent to the Clerk of
Council prior to the Council meeting date.
