On August 30, 2004, Claude Mooneyham submitted a Special Exception Use

application for the operation of a boarding house. The relevant information is

Zoning District: Pending rezoning from R-1 (Low Density Residential) to R-3

(Medium Density Residential) Zoning District

Attached is a full staff report from the Department of Planning recommending

DENIAL for the operation of a boarding house. Also, enclosed: 1) one map

illustrating the approximate location of the parcel; 2) one map displaying the

exact location, size and zoning of the proposed parcel and its surrounding

properties; and 3) a resolution granting approval for operation of the boarding

house.
