Father Schreck of St. Anne's Catholic Church has notified our office that he

has spoken with Powertel regarding the proposed tower site at 1800 Box Road.

Originally the church had some questions and concerns about the setbacks and

aesthetics of this development. He stated that the church has met with

Powertel and has viewed the aerial photos of the site. The company has

addressed their concerns about setbacks and aesthetics, and that the church is

satisfied with the development. He has asked that St. Anne be removed as a

property owner in opposition to the construction of the tower.
