An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government
of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district
located at 2501 Old Whittlesey Road, from M-1 (Light Manufacturing) District to
C-3 (General Commercial) District.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the
Department of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby
amended by changing the following described property from M-1 (Light
Manufacturing) District to C-3 (General Commercial) District:
All that lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Columbus,
Muscogee County, Georgia, being known and designated as ALL OF TRACT B, as said
lot appears upon a map plat entitled ?Survey of Tract ?A? & ?B?, Part of Land
Lots 43 & 58, 8th District, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia?, dated October
6, 1999, prepared by French & Associates, recorded in Plat Book 140, Page 46,
in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia,
to which reference is made for the particular location and dimensions of said
lot.
The above-described property is being rezoned with the following conditions:
All lighting shall be directed internally using deflector shields.
