Board Meeting Minutes

November 18, 2002



A meeting of the Uptown Facade Board was held in the Council Chambers on the

Plaza Level of the Columbus Consolidated Government Center, November 18, 2002.



Members Present: Peter Bowden Virginia Peebles, Ex Officio

Neil Clark Scott Ressmeyer

Jack Collins



Members Absent: Mark Lupo

Brown Nicholson



CALL TO ORDER:

Meeting was called to order by Peter Bowden, Chairman. A quorum was present.

The Minutes of the October 21 Meeting were approved.



Case Reviews:

1004 Broadway Application was presented by Wynnona Lynch McWhite for the

Columbus Museum. The request was to use a menu board as signage. The Board

reviewed and discussed the application. A motion was made by Scott Ressmeyer

to approve the application as presented. Jack Collins seconded the motion

passed.



1402 2nd Avenue Application was submitted by Charles Harris for the Gill

Company. The request was for approval to paint the exterior of the main

structure. The Board reviewed and discussed the application. A motion was

made by Neil Clark to approve the application as presented. Scott Ressmeyer

seconded the motion. The motion passed.



1036 Broadway No one was in attendance to present the application. A motion

was made by Neil Clark to deny the application based on a lack of attendance.

Jack Collins seconded the motion. The motion passed.



Administration of the Facade Board:

The Board discussed various sites and enforcement issues.

There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
