Response Our current ordinance only requires animals that have been classified

as dangerous or

potentially dangerous to be in high fencing with tops. The current ordinance

defines fencing as:

"Fences shall mean a fenced enclosure constructed with the sufficient height,

strength, and

secure closing devices to adequately secure the dog or dogs being contained

therein."

If a resident has a problem with an animal that is running "Unattended", we

will be glad to

patrol or monitor the area. Please forward the street name and the complaining

party info.
