Description Have the staff to put together an information sheet for her to

provide to the residents of the Orchard Grove Mobile Home where it states in

the contract that they are going to be assisted in the moving process, as well

as those who have already been assisted. (Request of Councilor Woodson)

Response 12/20/2004 - Page 3 B "Possession" - states "seller will deliver

property to purchaser within one year from date of closing". Page 4 "Seller's

Obligations following closing" states "Seller shall remove all of the mobile

homes which are located onto he the Property which are currently occupied by

tenants to another mobile home park for which commitments Seller shall

establish a Reserve Deposit to guaranty performance... Seller shall also move

or either relocate or demolish and scrap the mobile homes which are currently

located on the property which are not inhabited at the time of closing. All

mobile home titles and bills of sale, and all mobile home tenant leases and

prior assignments of those leases, all licenses, permits, security deposits,

bills of sale, records and contracts with regard to such mobile homes and

mobile home leases shall remain the property of the Seller."
