An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government

of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district

located at 6726 Buena Vista Road from C-3 (General Commercial) District to R-1A

(Low Density Residential) District.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the

Department of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby

amended by changing the following described property from C-3 (General

Commercial) District to R-1A (Low Density Residential) District:



Part of Land Lot 53, 9th District, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, and

being more particularly described as follows:



Commencing at an iron pin on the southerly right-of-way of Buena Vista Road at

the mitered corner formed by the intersection of the easterly right-of-way line

of Moye Road with the southerly right-of-way line of Buena Vista Road and run

thence North 72 degrees 11 minutes 30 seconds East along the southerly

right-of-way line of Buena Vista Road a distance of 411.41 feet to a concrete

monument; thence continue along the southerly right-of-way line of Buena Vista

Road along a curve to the left having a radius of 1,511.08 feet to an arc

distance of 147.21 feet to an iron pin at the point of beginning; from said

point of beginning continue along the southerly right-of-way line of Buena

Vista Road along a curve to the left having a radius of 1,511.08 feet an arc

distance of 26.69 feet to an iron pin; thence run South 03 degrees 24 minutes

30 seconds East a distance of 793.67 feet to an iron pin; thence run South 85

degrees 19 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 358.46 feet to an iron pin on

the easterly right-of-way line of Moye Road; thence run along the easterly

right-of-way line of Moye Road along a curve to the left having a radius of

1,162.58 feet an arc distance of 197.53 feet to an iron pin; thence run North

32 degrees 32 minutes 30 seconds West along the easterly right-of-way line of

Moye Road a distance of 111.08 feet to an iron pin; thence run North 85 degrees

19 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 448.75 feet to an iron pin; thence run

North 24 degrees 31 minutes 13 seconds West a distance of 66.39 feet to an iron

pin; thence run North 07 degrees 45 minutes 03 seconds East a distance of

110.74 feet to an iron pin; thence run North 33 degrees 33 minutes 37 seconds

East a distance of 37.38 feet to an iron pin; thence run North 03 degrees 24

minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 304.88 feet to an iron pin at the point

of beginning
