The terms of office of Mr. Michael Eddings and Ms. Chris Henson, who

serves as alternate members on the Planning Advisory Commission will expire on

August 31, 2005. Both are eligible to succeed themselves, as this will be the

end of the unexpired terms that they were appointed to fill when their

successors were appointed as regular members of the board.



There is one regular member who resides in Senatorial District 15 and all

other members reside in Senatorial District 29. There are seven regular

members and two alternate members that serve on the board.



There is currently one (1) woman serving on the board.



Enclosed is a copy of our data sheet, as well as a list of the current

members.



Please advise if there are any questions.
