Response Residential homes are fronted by public streets, opposed to the

apartment complex ,which is served by its own parking lots and driveways.

Public streets offer a bigger traffic lane as well as additional right of way,

while the apartment complex has a closer proximity of vehicles and/or foot

traffic.
