WHEREAS, Mr. Albert D. Forde, former employee with the Columbus Public Services

Department, died on March 29, 2005;

WHEREAS, Mr. Forde retired on April 30, 1990 after serving 9 years with the

Columbus Public Services Department.

NOW, THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:

We hereby convey to the family of Mr. Albert D. Forde our sincere condolences

and deepest sympathy. Mr. Forde was an outstanding employee with Columbus

Public Services Department and he will be missed by all who knew him.

WHEREAS, Mrs. Rosa L. Williams, former employee with the Muscogee Manor Rehab

Center, died on March 16, 2005;

WHEREAS, Mrs. Williams retired on December 31, 1997 after over 28 years with

the Muscogee Manor Rehab Center.

NOW, THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:

We hereby convey to the family of Mrs. Rosa L. Williams our sincere condolences

and deepest sympathy. Mrs. Williams was an outstanding employee with the

Muscogee Manor Rehab Center and she will be missed by all who knew her.

on March 14, 2005;

WHEREAS, Mr. Williams retired on December 31, 1988 after over 19 years with the

Juvenile Court.

NOW, THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:

We hereby convey to the family of Mr. McClelland Williams our sincere

condolences and deepest sympathy. Mr. Williams was an outstanding employee

with the Juvenile Court and he will be missed by all who knew him.

Department/Patrol, died on March 7, 2005;

WHEREAS, Mr. Buchanan retired on February 28, 2000 after over 33 years with the

Columbus Police Department/Patrol.

NOW, THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:

We hereby convey to the family of Mr. Charles Buchanan our sincere condolences

and deepest sympathy. Mr. Buchanan was an outstanding employee with the

Columbus Police Department/Patrol and he will be missed by all who knew him.
