RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the Columbus Youth Cheerleader and Football Program participated in

the Atlanta Falcon Youth Football and Cheerleader Tournament held in Columbus,

Georgia this past Labor Day weekend;



WHEREAS, over 20 teams from around the state competed at this tournament titled

?The Big Ticket?;



WHEREAS, youth were selected to play in an all-star game held in Georgia on

November 20, 2005, at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta, Georgia;



WHEREAS, the accomplishments of these youth are worthy of special recognition

by this Council.



NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:



We hereby commend and congratulate the following cheerleaders formerly

Edgewood: Jada Askew, Shayla Buckner, Kilani Brown, Makayah Cannon,

TreCherie Crumbs, Alexis Dowdell, Dominique Everette, RayShawndria Gardner,

Tonni Gardener, Zyaisha Hackett, Kelcy Hogan, Shania Holmes, Ginea? Jackson,

Ginell Jackson, Kiera LaGrand, Siera LeGrand, Ebony Lowman, Miya Maddox,

Mikala Martrin, Zshane? Mitchell, Samerecia Moore, Breanna Perry, Asia

Raleigh, Nigah Searls, Quanisha Seldon, Aayonna Woods. Coaches Kimberely

Crumbs, Katrina Gardner, Rhonda Dunlap, Mesha Bryant. Football Players

from Eastway: Niemus Bryant, Isaiah Crowell, Antonio Graves, Maurice

Jackson, Andrew McDonald, Tyrie Thomas. Football Players from Edgewood:

Ivan Cobb, Joshua Cook, Joseph Purter, Rashad McCarter, Austin Scott,

Deshaun Thirkield.
