SUB: The Medical Center Hospital Authority of Columbus

The terms of office of Dr. Emory Alexander and Mr. Murray L. Solomon on

the Medical Center Hospital Authority expired on December 31, 2004. Dr.

Alexander is eligible to succeed himself for one additional term of office, as

this is the end of his first full term of office on the board.



Mr. Solomon cannot succeed himself, as this will be the end of his second

full term of office when his current term expires.



The Council nominates three individuals for each vacancy and the Authority

itself, will then select its members from the list of six nominees.



There are two women currently serving on this board.



Enclosed is a copy of our data sheet, as well as a list of the current

members.
