An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government
of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district
located in Dawson Estates, northeast of Dawson Elementary, from R-1A (Low
Density Residential) District to R-2 (Low Density Residential) District.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the
Department of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby
amended by changing the following described property from R-1A (Low Density
Residential) District to R-2 (Low Density Residential) District:
All that lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land
Lot 19 of the 9fh District,
Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, as more particularly described on a survey
thereof dated
December 27, 2004, prepared by William A. White, Surveyor, and being more
particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin found located at the northwest corner of Lot 9, Block
'I", Section Five,
Dawson Estates, as shown on the recorded subdivision plat of Section Five,
Dawson Estates,
