I. GOVERNOR'S EMERGENCY FUND GRANT:

Authorization is requested of a resolution to accept responsibility as

Pass-Through Agency for a Governor's Emergency Fund Grant in the amount of

$8,000 and amend the Multi-Grant Fund by the same amount for Sally Little

League to purchase equipment. An agenda report and resolution are attached.

II. ACCEPTANCE OF STREETS - SUGAR MILL DRIVE, SUGAR MILL COURT AND CANDY LANE:

Authorization is requested of a deed to Sugar Mill Drive, Sugar Mill

Court and Candy Lane located in Section One, Sugar Hill Subdivision. The

Department of Engineering has inspected these streets and recommends the

acceptance. An agenda report, map and resolution are attached.



III. PURCHASES:



Approval is requested of items "A" and "B":

1. HVAC Preventive Maintenance Services ? (Annual Contract) ? Bid

No. 02-0048

Scope of Bid

Provide HVAC Preventive Maintenance Services and/or repair service for chillers

at various locations. The term of the contract shall be for one (1) year with

the option to renew for two (2) additional twelve-month periods, if agreeable

to both parties.



2. City Street Repairs (Re-Bid) ? Bid No. 02-0063

Scope of Bid

The work consists of removing all base and paving material on Pheasant Loop,

Boxwood Place and Miller Court. The stripped roadbed will then be stabilized

by processing a three-inch layer of graded aggregate base material into the

sub-base until a uniform six-inch thick layer of asphaltic concrete course will

be constructed over the prepared sub-base. The work also includes the

installation of an under-drain system, per plan. The Contractor will be

required to maintain public access to all residences.



3. Site Improvements at 1801 & 1807 First Avenue ? Bid No. 02-0067

Scope of Bid

Construct a berm at 1801 First Avenue to stabilize the south wall

foundation of the building located at 1807 First Avenue.



4. Sound System Equipment ? Bid No. 02-0065

Scope of Bid

Provide sound system equipment to be utilized at the new recreation centers.
