TO THE CITY ATTORNEY:
DEMOLITIONS:
Have the staff to make sure that research is done on all properties that
are scheduled for demolition prior to them coming before this Council. (Request
of Councilor Turner Pugh)

TO THE CITY MANAGER:
WAL-MART DEVELOPMENT:
Have the staff to provide some assistance with the acoustics and/or
presentations when the meeting is held with the developer and residents as it
relates to the Wal-mart development. (Request of Councilor Allen)

DEMOLITIONS:
Let?s make sure that we include the City Attorney?s comments in the
chronology on the demolition of property. (Request of Councilor Woodson)

RIVER ROAD PROPERTY:
Have the staff to provide an update and status report on the property of
the former Texaco Service Station, located out on River Road that we continue
to send our personnel out to cleanup. Let?s also demand that this property be
boarded up. (Request of Councilor Davis)
Also, have the City Attorney to get together with the Inspections & Code
Enforcement staff and find out what the situation is and report back to this
Council. (Request of Mayor Poydasheff)
LEISURE POOLS:
Have the staff to provide information as to whether or not the contractor
who constructed the three leisure pools is the same contractor who did the
roofing for the Public Safety building. (Request of Councilor Suber)

MOBILE HOME PARK:
Have the staff to send someone out to look at the mobile home park located
at 3100 Plantation Road and check buildings 400 through 800; where the grass is
high around those mobile homes. Also, look into the complaints that the
ordinances are not being complied with, as it pertains to mobile home parks.

PARKING CITATIONS/LAKEBOTTOM PARK:
Have the staff to possibly consider being lenient with those individuals
who may have a handicap and may have parked in an area that they are not
supposed to be in; and see if we can look at working with this matter. Let?s
look at possibly making an announcement at the park and asking those
individuals to move their vehicles; and try to work with them, giving them
every opportunity before we issue citations. (Request of Councilor Allen)

SIGNS:
Have the staff to check and see who put those signs up around the Civic
Center and down Victory Drive advertising concerts all over the pole and let?s
ask them to remove those signs. (Request of Councilor Woodson)
