I. BUREAU OF JUSTICE ADMINISTRATION - LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT BLOCK GRANT:
Authorization is requested to submit and if approved accept a Local Law
Enforcement Block Grant in the amount of $204,006 from the Bureau of Justice
Administration for public safety projects. An agenda report and resolution are
included.
II. DRIVEWAY VARIANCE - 6950 BEAVER RUN ROAD:
Authorization is requested for a variance to the City Code that will allow the
radius of the driveway to cross the property line at 6950 Beaver Run Road. An
agenda report, map and resolution are included.
III. TEMPORARY AND LIMITED ACCESS EASEMENT:
Authorization is requested to execute an agreement for a temporary and limited
access easement with Chevron Products Company, located at Miller Road, to
extend the driveway onto city property at the railroad track on Miller Road.

IV. STREET ACCEPTANCE ? CHATHAM WOODS DRIVE, VERNONBURG DRIVE & DETENTION BASIN:
Authorization is requested to approve the acceptance of a deed to
Chatham Woods Drive, Vernonburg Drive & Detention Basin located in Section
Seven, Chatham Woods Subdivision. The Department of Engineering has inspected
these streets and detention basin and recommends the acceptance. An agenda
report, resolution and map are included.
V. STREET ACCEPTANCE ? GRAMERCY DRIVE:
Authorization is requested to approve the acceptance of a deed to
Gramercy Drive located in Gramercy Park Subdivision. The Department of
Engineering has inspected this street and recommends the acceptance. An agenda
report, map and resolution are included.

Scope of Bid
Provide construction services for street improvements at Whitesville
Road/Veterans Parkway and Blackmon Road Turn Lane.
2. Engineering Services Related to the Construction of Pine Grove MSW Landfill,
Phase 2, Cells 2A, 2B and 2C ? RFP No. 03-0007
Scope of RFP
Provide construction documents, construction administration and construction
quality assurance (CQA) services for the construction of Phase 2, Cells 2A, 2B
and 2C of Pine Grove Municipal Solid Waste Landfill. Services should include
relevant engineering and design, surveying, construction administration,
construction inspection, materials sampling and testing, preparation of
analytical reports, and all other reporting necessary to satisfy regulatory
provisions for CQA documentation.
3. Tree & Stump Removal (Annual Contract) ? Bid No. 03-0005
Scope of Bid
Remove trees and stump (and all related debris) throughout the City on an ?as
needed? basis. The contract term will be for one year with the option to renew
for two additional twelve-month periods.

Scope of Bid
Provide preventive maintenance and/or repair service for security
locking systems at the Muscogee County Jail. The contract period will be for
three (3) years with the option to renew for two (2) additional twelve-month
periods.

Scope of Bid
Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals, and perform all
work required to widen Chattsworth Road as shown on the drawings, including
extension of storm drain pipes; and construct Litho-Krome Way (Road ?A?) as
shown on the drawings, including installation of storm drain and sanitary sewer.
