An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government

of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district

located at 1801 Victory Drive from LMI (Light Manufacturing / Industrial)

District to GC (General Commercial) District.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the

Department of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby

amended by changing the following described property from LMI (Light

Manufacturing / Industrial) District to GC (General Commercial) District:



All that lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the State of

Georgia, County of Muscogee and City of Columbus, and being known and

designated as TRACT ?A? of the Subdivision of PARCEL 2 REPLAT OF TRACT 3 of the

JAMES W. BLANCHARD INDUSTRIAL PARK as said Tract ?A? is shown upon a plat of

said Subdivision aforesaid recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior

Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, in Plat Book 104, Page 80.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia

held on the 6th day of September, 2005; introduced a second time at a regular

meeting of said Council held on the day of , 2005 and

adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote of members of said

Council.
