An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 01-100 which designated the Wynnton Village

Historic District as an official historic district in Columbus, Georgia by

removing the parcel of property located at 2033 Wynnton Road (Burger King) from

said historic district.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY ORDAINS:



SECTION 1.



Ordinance No. 01-100 is hereby amended by removing the parcel of property

located at 2033 Wynnton Road (Burger King) from the Wynnton Village Historic

District.



SECTION 2.



The Planning Division is hereby authorized to remove the parcel of property

located at 2033 Wynnton Road from the official map designating the Winnton

Village Historic District.



SECTION 3.



All ordinances and parts of ordinances which are in conflict with this

ordinance are hereby repealed.
