A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION #94-02 TO CORRECT THE ADDRESS ON THE ORIGINAL

QUIT CLAIM DEED TRANSFERRING PROPERTY TO THE STATE OF GEORGIA FOR THE

DEVELOPMENT OF THE YOUTH DEVELOPMENT CAMPUS.

WHEREAS, on September 26, 2002, the Consolidated Government of Columbus Georgia

delivered to the State of Georgia, a quitclaim Deed conveying 23.20 acres of

property; and,

WHEREAS, it has been noted that the original Quitclaim Deed contains a

scrivenor's error with respect to the proper address for the Grantee; and,

WHEREAS, to properly correct the error, it will be necessary to execute a

Corrected Quit Claim Deed.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a Corrected Quit Claim

Deed to the State of Georgia for the development of the Youth Development

Campus.
