A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND VERIFYING COMPLIANCE WITH REQUIREMENTS OF THE

ACCG-GSIWCF?S SAFETY INCENTIVE PROGRAM.



WHEREAS, the Columbus Consolidated Government intends to participate in the

GSIWCF?s Safety Incentive Program; and,



WHEREAS, the appointed Safety Coordinator for the Columbus Consolidated

Government is Clyde Rankins.



NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:



That the City Manager, or his designee, has reviewed the GSIWCF?s loss control

and safety incentive requirements and hereby acknowledge that they have read

and fully support the requirements and activities of the ACCG-GSIWCF?s safety

incentive program. Further, they verify that all of the requirements of the

safety incentive program have been fully complied with.
