An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government
of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changing certain boundaries of a district
located at 2705 2nd Avenue, from R-4 (High Density Residential) District to C-3
(General Commercial) District.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of
the Department of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby
amended by changing the following described property from R-4 (High Density
Residential) District to C-3 (General Commercial) District:
All that lot, tract or parcel of land being situate, lying and being in the
State of Georgia, County of Muscogee and City of Columbus, and being known and
designated as ALL OF LOT NUMBERED ONE HUNDRED TWENTY (120), of that certain
Subdivision of land known and designated as SEABORN JONES SURVEY OF CITY
VILLAGE, as said lot is shown according to a map or plat of said subdivision
recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County,
Georgia in Plat Book 4, Folio 223, said map or plat being incorporated herein
by reference thereto.
The above-described property is being rezoned with the following condition:
1. Prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy, all ingress and egress of
this property shall be determined and approved by the City Traffic Engineer.
