WHEREAS, Mrs. Kathleen Massengale, former Deputy Court Clerk with the Clerk of
Superior Court, died on September 1, 2002;
WHEREAS, Mrs. Massengale retired on May 31, 1985 after serving 30 years with
the Clerk of Superior Court.
NOW, THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:
We hereby convey to the family of Mrs. Kathleen Massengale our sincere
condolences and deepest sympathy. Mrs. Kathleen Massengale was an outstanding
employee of the Clerk of Superior Court and she will be missed by all who knew
her.

WHEREAS, Mr. Nathaniel Street, Sr., former employee with the Columbus Water
Works, died on September 3, 2002;
WHEREAS, Mr. Street retired on October 31, 1984 after serving 26 years with the
Columbus Water Works.
NOW, THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:
We hereby convey to the family of Mr. Nathaniel Street, Sr. our sincere
condolences and deepest sympathy. Mr. Nathaniel Street, Sr. was an outstanding
employee of the Columbus Water Works and he will be missed by all who knew him.

Division, died on September 5, 2002;
WHEREAS, Mrs. Clark retired on February 28, 1975 after serving 13 years with
the Data Processing Division.
NOW, THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:
We hereby convey to the family of Mrs. Efurd Ruby Clark our sincere condolences
and deepest sympathy. Mrs. Efurd Ruby Clark was an outstanding employee of the
Columbus Data Processing Division and she will be missed by all who knew her.
