is located next to the Kellogg Company located on Victory Drive and let?s

contact the owner to have this building boarded up immediately or have it torn

Response 9/15/05 -- Ponderosa Motel - 3668 Victory Dr. - now vacant, open.

Owned by Mamie Nelms (Buddy Nelms's mother). I have spoken with Buddy about

this in the past, & he says he wants to put a Fairfield Inn or something

similar there. I have made several attempts to contact him today without

success. I will advise him to secure this building by a date certain, or if

appropriate, will condemn it.
