Have the staff to provide a running tally of the classification type of

violations and the citations that have been handled in that court. (Request of

Councilor Henderson)

WIRELESS COMMUNICATION TOWERS:



Bring the issue back in the next work session regarding the wireless

communication towers and provide the supporting documents from both the tower

companies and our Engineering folks, along with any other information we could

receive for the Council to revisit this matter to see if there is an

opportunity to make some type of exceptions within the ordinance to possibly

allow something similar to the CRD district that was created downtown.

(Request of Councilor Henderson) Have the staff to extend an invitation to the

School Administration to have someone present when we have the work session on

the wireless communication towers. (Request of Councilor Allen)
