A RESOLUTION

Cancelling the regularly scheduled Council meeting of June 24, 2003.



WHEREAS, various members of the Columbus Council will be attending the

Georgia Municipal Association Annual Conference in Savannah, Georgia on

June 21-24, 2003.



WHEREAS, the business of the Consolidated Government can be properly

conducted without the necessity of a Council meeting on Tuesday, June 24, 2003.



NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:



That the regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia originally

scheduled for June 24, 2003 is hereby cancelled.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia held

on the 3rd day of June 2003 and adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote

of members of said Council.
