I. STREET ACCEPTANCE - OLD BRIM ROAD:



Authorization is requested to designate Old Brim Road as a public street. The

Department of Engineering approves the designation this street and recommends

the acceptance. An agenda report, map and resolution are attached.



II. TITLE CLEARANCE - BAY AVENUE:



Authorization is requested to execute legal documentation to clear title to the

property being exchanged between the City and the W.C. Bradley Company along

Bay Avenue as part of the Riverside Building Project. An agenda report, map

and resolution are attached.



III. GRANT - COUNCIL OF JUVENILE COURT JUDGES OF GEORGIA:



Authorization is requested to submit an application and if approved, accept a

grant of $16,000 from the Council of Juvenile Court Judges of Georgia from

funds allocated by Congress from the Juvenile Justice Accountability Block

Grant for counseling services, psychological evaluations, and residential -

therapeutic care. An agenda report and resolution are attached.



IV. PURCHASES:



Approval is requested of items "A" thru "D":



A. Medical Evaluation Service for the Fire Department

B. Physician and Physician's Assistant Medical Services for Inmates at the

Muscogee County Jail and Muscogee County Prison

C. Workers' Compensation Settlement Payment

D. Emergency Purchase of an IBM 2761-001 Infoprint 2060 ES Printer
