Have staff to make sure that someone looks at the policy that will be
required for the street closing of the 1000 block of Broadway. (Request of

VOTING EQUIPMENT:
Let?s make sure that we contact the State and see if they are going to
reimburse us for the purchase of this voting equipment, in light of the fact
that they will be reimbursed by the Federal Government. (Request of Councilor

Have the staff to send the inspectors out to look into the concerns of the
substandard apartments that are located on Illges Road. (Request of Councilor
Smith)

BUILDING ON VICTORY DRIVE:
Have the staff to send the Inspectors out to the building on Victory
Drive, that was formerly Centerfold and let?s look at trying to get those doors
and windows boarded up, as there is a lot of broken glass in the area. (Request
