A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO ARROW POINT LANE, CARIBOU

DRIVE AND THE DETENTION BASIN LOCATED IN SECTION NINE, EAGLE POINTE SUBDIVISION

ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA.

WHEREAS, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying to Columbus,

Georgia, Arrow Point Lane, Caribou Drive and the Detention Basin located in

Section Nine, Eagle Pointe Subdivision; a full description of said property

being shown in said deed; and,

WHEREAS, said streets and detention basin have been completed and meet the

required specifications for acceptance by the City; and,

WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of Columbus, Georgia has inspected said

streets and the detention basin for acceptance by the City and recommends

acceptance of same.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That certain deed dated the _9th_ day of _January _ , 2003, conveying to

Columbus, Georgia, all of Arrow Point Lane, Caribou Drive and the Detention

Basin located in Section Nine, Eagle Pointe Subdivision, be and the same is

hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to have said deed

recorded in the deed records in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court

of Muscogee County, Georgia. A copy of said deed is hereto attached and by

this reference made a part of this Resolution.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia, held

the 21st day of January, 2003, and adopted at said meeting by the affirmative

vote of members of said
