A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO STONE PARK DRIVE AND

SLIPPERY ROCK COURT LOCATED IN SECTION SIX, STONE CREEK SUBDIVISION.



WHEREAS, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying to Columbus,

Georgia, Stone Park Drive and Slippery Rock Court located in Section Six, Stone

Creek Subdivision; and



WHEREAS, said streets have been improved and meet the required specifications

for acceptance by the City; and,



WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of Columbus, Georgia has inspected said

streets for acceptance by the City and recommends acceptance of same.



NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY

RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:



That certain deed dated the _8th_ day of _April, 2003 conveying to Columbus,

Georgia, Stone Park Drive and Slippery Rock Court, located in Section Six,

Stone Creek Subdivision, be and the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of

Council is hereby authorized to have said deed recorded in the deed records in

the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia. A

copy of said deed is hereto attached and by this reference made a part of this

Resolution.



Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia, held

the 8th day of April, 2003, and adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote

of ____ members of said Council.
