be weathered, unsafe and being used for drug activity, made photographs of the

Numerous attempts have been made to inspect this property. Inspectors had been

unable to enter because of a locked fence surrounding the property.

Inspectors called owner and requested to meet owner or her representative.

Inspectors met owner's mother on job, February 8, 2002, at which time code

violations were observed. Inspectors advised owner's mother to correct

violations and call for inspection. No inspections have been called for.

Attempts to contact owner by telephone have been unsuccessful.
