At the time original inspection was made, structure was 10% - 50% weathered and
being used for drugs. Owner has done nothing either to repair or demolish the
structure.

8-23-00 Housing Code Inspector inspected the property, found the structure to
be weathered, unsafe and being used for drug activity, made photographs of the
property, and wrote up ?Inspector?s Condemnation Report?.

Numerous attempts have been made to inspect this property. Inspectors had been
unable to enter because of a locked fence surrounding the property.
Inspectors called owner and requested to meet owner or her representative.
Inspectors met owner's mother on job, February 8, 2002, at which time code
violations were observed. Inspectors advised owner's mother to correct
violations and call for inspection. No inspections have been called for.
Attempts to contact owner by telephone have been unsuccessful.
