An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government

of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changing certain boundaries of a district

known as 1528, 1529, 1531, 1532, 1535, 1536, 1539, and 1540 Ridge Creek Way;

and 1021, 1022, 1023, 1024, and 1025 Timber Creek Way, from C-2 (Neighborhood

Shopping) to R-1A (Low Density Residential).



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the

Department of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby

amended by changing the following described property from C-2 (Neighborhood

Shopping) to R-1A (Low Density Residential):



The boundaries for R-1A are more particularly described as follows:



Tax Map 192 Block 014 Parcels 037, 038, 039, 040, & 041

Block 015 Parcels 027, 028, 029, 030, 031, 032, 033, & 034
