(6) Application of Edward Dubose to temporarily close 9th Street between 1st

and 2nd Avenue, 1st & 2nd Avenue south of the Government Center access to

the parking garage to 9th Street, on Saturday, April 30, 2005, from 12:00

p.m. to 3:00 p.m., in connection with ?March in Protest for Justice for

Kenneth Walker?. (Police Department is recommending approval.)



(7) Letter from Mr. Ben Richardson resigning from his position on the New

Horizons MH/DD/AD Community Service Board.



(8) Copy of an Official Appointment Form for Ms. Suzanne Goddard to replace

Mr. Ben Richardson on the New Horizons Mental Health, Developmental

Disabilities and Addictive Diseases Community Service Board. (The Council

would need to confirm appointment.)
