An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government

of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district

located at 6131 Crystal Drive, from R-1A (Low Density Residential) District to

A-O (Apartment-Office) District.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the

Department of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby

amended by changing the following described property from R-1A (Low Density

Residential) District to A-O (Apartment-Office) District:



All that lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Columbus,

Muscogee County, Georgia, being known and designated as ALL OF LOT 261, as said

lot appears upon a map or plat entitled ?Replat of Part of Lots 26, 27, & 28,

CRYSTAL VALLEY, Lying in Land Lots 38 & 39, 9th District, Columbus, Muscogee

County, Georgia?, dated May 21, 1988, prepared by Moon, Meeks & Patrick,

recorded in Plat Book 106, Folio 43, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior

Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, to which reference is made for the

particular location and dimensions of said lot.





The above-described property is being rezoned with the following condition:



All lighting shall be directed internally using deflector shields.
