To commemorate "May is Older Americans' Month", Columbus Parks & Recreation

along with their sponsors, The Columbus Civic Center, Bill Heard, and Tobacco

Use Prevention will hold the 20th annual Bi-City Mayors' Fitness Walk, 5 k Run

and Health Expo...

- Saturday, May 14, 2005

- Columbus Civic Center and Riverwalk

- Check in begins at 7:30 am a the Civic Center

- Opening Ceremonies begin at 8:30 am

- Participants will walk to Rotary Park and back or may take a bus back to the

Civic Center

- T-Shirts and a commemorative lapel pin will be given to those that

pre-register and complete the

walk

- The cost is free

- All area hospitals will give health checks

- Rain plan, walk will be held in the Civic Center

- Last year over 500 people attended
