WHEREAS, Mrs. Patricia Ann Brown, a Fiscal Tech III with the Revenue Division

of the Finance Department, will retire on March 31, 2004;

WHEREAS, Mrs. Brown has been with the Revenue Division of the Finance

Department since October 6, 1987;

NOW, THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:



This Council hereby expresses its appreciation for the diligent and faithful

service of

MRS. PATRICIA ANN BROWN



who has served with the Revenue Division for 16 years. We wish for her

happiness and contentment in her retirement.
