Dear Youth Advisory Council Member:



This letter is a reminder of the YAC Holiday Social scheduled for

Thursday, December 16, 2004 at the Civic Center. The reception will begin

promptly at 6:30 p.m. This year?s event will be centered around a Riverdragons?

basketball game. Each member may invite three additional persons as their

guests.



Members are asked to report to the Will Call Window in the lobby area of the

Civic Center for tickets to the reception and basketball game. Once the game

starts, YAC Members and guests will be allowed to either view the game from the

Hospitality Suite or claim their seats in the arena. You will be free to go

back and forth between the reception area for refreshments and the game. The

game should be over between 9:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Please arrange to be

picked up no later than 9:30 p.m.

December 14, 2004.
