WHEREAS, Mr. Richard B. Swift with Human Resources as a Human Resources

Specialist, retired on December 31, 2004;

WHEREAS, Mr. Swift has been with Human Resources since April 25, 1994.

NOW, THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:



This Council hereby expresses its appreciation for the diligent and faithful

service of

MR. RICHARD B. SWIFT



who has served with Human Resources for over 10 years. We wish for him

happiness and contentment in his retirement.
