An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government

of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district

located at 5666 Forrest Road from R-1A (Low Density Residential) District to

R-2 (Low Density Residential) District.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the

Department of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby

amended by changing the following described property from R-1A (Low Density

Residential) District to R-2 (Low Density Residential) District:



All that certain tract or parcel of land located in Land Lot 23 of the 9th Land

District, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, being more particularly described

as follows:



Beginning at the intersection of the North right-of-way of Buxton Drive and the

West right-of-way of Cutler Drive, go North 00 degrees 59 minutes 43 seconds

East a distance of 135.16 feet along the West right-of-way of Cutler Drive;

thence North 89 degrees 00 minutes 17 seconds West a distance of 136.08 feet;

thence North 09 degrees 24 minutes 31 seconds East a distance of 127.56 feet;

thence North 09 degrees 25 minutes 34 seconds East a distance of 146.95 feet to

the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue North 09 degrees 25 minutes 34 seconds

East a distance of 454.48 feet; thence North 58 degrees 50 minutes 22 seconds

West a distance of 31.53 feet; thence North 51 degrees 34 minutes 25 seconds

West a distance of 393.59 feet; thence North 39 degrees 35 minutes 27 seconds

West a distance of 345.44 feet to the East right-of-way of Forrest Road; thence

South 11 degrees 08 minutes 59 seconds West a distance of 706.76 feet along the

East right-of-way line of Forrest Road; thence South 65 degrees 27 minutes 26

seconds East a distance of 679.06 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
