An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government

of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district

located at 3804 Anglin Road, from an R-1A (Low Density Residential) District.

to an R-3B (Patio Homes / Zero Lot Lines) District.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the

Department of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby

amended by changing the following described property from an R-1A (Low Density

Residential) District. to an R-3B (Patio Homes / Zero Lot Lines) District.



Commencing at the southeast corner of Anglin Court and Anglin Road and running

97 feet, more or less, to an iron pin located on the east side of Anglin Road

which marks the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence running South a distance of 601

feet, more or less, to an iron pin; thence running Northwest a distance of 334

feet, more or less, to an iron pin; thence running North a distance of 297

feet, more or less, to an iron pin; thence running West a distance of 476 feet,

more or less, to an iron pin which marks the POINT OF BEGINNING. The Property

being known and designated as 3804 Anglin Road.



The above-described property is being rezoned with the following conditions:



All lots shall only have access to the City street proposed to be built in the

development. There shall be no direct access to Anglin Road except for the

proposed City street, the design of which shall be approved by the City

Engineer.
