(9) 2nd Reading ? Regulating the use, maintenance, installation and connection

of building and other sanitary sewers; establishing standards of liquid wastes

industrial wastes discharged into the sanitary sewer system; providing a system

of fees and charges for industrial waste and other contributors; providing

remedies and penalties for violation hereof; and for other purposes.

(10) 2nd Reading - Amending Sections 19-151 and 19-152 of the Columbus Code

(Taxation and Licenses) so as to revise regulations for payment of business

license taxes by depository financial institutions located within the
