Columbus, Georgia

WHEREAS, CHADS, Inc. has provided automobiles, training facilities and special

support for the extrication portion of EMT Certification for the Columbus

Department of Fire and Emergency Medical Services;



WHEREAS, CHADS, Inc. offered additional assistance and donated their services

at their South Lumpkin Road terminal during the recent consolidation of the

Fire and EMS Departments;



WHEREAS, this support of the Columbus Fire and EMS Department by CHADS, Inc. is

worthy of special recognition by this Council.



NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:



We hereby commend and express our deep appreciation to Larry A. Board,

President and CHADS, Inc. for their generous support of the Columbus Department

of Fire and Emergency Medical Services during the recent consolidation of the

Fire and EMS Departments. Let a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Mr.

Larry A. Board.
